Jeff Sheldon joined the Nebraska Alumni Association team in 2009 as the University of Nebraska Account Executive for Partners First. Sheldon is responsible for marketing the Husker Rewards credit card.

Sheldon holds two degrees from the University of Nebraska. After completing his bachelor’s in journalism in 2004, Sheldon spent a year as the assistant news and sports director at a radio group in Bishop, Calif.  He returned to UNL in 2005 to begin a Master’s of Arts program with a focus on broadcasting. During that time, he served as the student program director for UNL’s radio station, 90.3 KRNU, and as the sports editor of the Daily Nebraskan.

After finishing his Master’s program in 2007, Jeff spent two years as the Creative Director for NRG Media in Lincoln before taking his current position.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys being an indie music snob, a dilettante sportswriter, and a connoisseur of television sitcoms. Jeff is a native of Pawnee City.
