
The University of Nebraska School of Music brings Amahl and the Night Visitors to the Tassel Theater in Holdrege. Amahl is a one-act opera featuring the story of a young boy’s encounter with the three wise men on their way to visit the Christ Child. This 55-minute production will be performed by UNL students in conjunction with students from Holdrege High School.
Prior to the performance, you are cordially invited to a reception with members of the UNL community including representatives from the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts, the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, the Office of Admissions and the Nebraska Alumni Association. Following the performance, you will have a chance to meet the student cast at a post-performance reception.
